SUMMARY:Online - Fighting Fire with Fire Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Texas A&M University and Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will be delivering an FREE online workshop on Monday\, July 27\, 2020 at 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM CST showcasing research findings from Dr. Urs Kreuter’s Joint Fire Science Program project: \n“Fighting Wildfire with Prescribed Burning in the Southern Great Plains: Social and Regulatory Barriers and Facilitators.” \nResults will be given by graduate students and collaborators on the project\, followed by a Q&A discussion with all speakers and participants. \nPlease register at: https://agrilife.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_L1zHHnoDRZCze-PRKf74yw.  The link is also available at: https://agrilife.org/westtexasrangelands/ \nAll registered participants will be sent a USB drive featuring materials from the speakers\, including science briefs of the different components of the project. \n
