All meetings of the regional flood planning group are open to the public. \nClick here for updated information from the Guadalupe River Flood Planning Group. \nLearn More:\nSenate Bill 8\, 86th Texas Legislature\, created a state flood planning process for Texas\, through which TWDB will be administering state and regional flood plans. TWDB designated 15 planning area regions\, including the Guadalupe River Basin (Region 11). \nRegion 11 Counties\nThe Guadalupe RFPG consists of portions of Bandera\, Bastrop\, Blanco\, Caldwell\, Calhoun\, Comal\, DeWitt\, Fayette\, Gillespie\, Goliad\, Gonzales\, Guadalupe\, Hays\, Karnes\, Kendall\, Kerr\, Lavaca\, Real\, Refugio\, Travis\, Victoria and Wilson counties lying within the Guadalupe River Basin.
