SUMMARY:Junction - Water and Land Stewardship Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, November 11\, at the Coke Stevenson Memorial Center in Junction\, TX to learn more about where your water comes from\, how to manage your land to conserve that water\, and the laws that govern the ground and surface waters of Texas. \nIn recent years the Hill Country’s waters have become threatened by ongoing droughts\, new developments\, and new dams on our rivers and streams. Beyond these threats it’s important for landowners to understand the other factors that determine the availability of water.
