Free Riparian Restoration Workshops to Support Flood-Affected Landowners | Daily Times
Landowners affected by the July 2025 floods had an opportunity to learn practical ways to restore and care for their streamside areas through free Riparian Restoration Workshops. The workshops, scheduled for November 14 and 16, offered guidance from local experts, hands-on demonstrations of riparian stewardship practices, and free seeds and plants to help support recovery. By connecting landowners with practical information and restoration resources, HCA and its partners are helping communities take steps toward healthier waterways and more resilient landscapes.
