Texas Water Foundation is proud to announce our 2021 Rainmaker of the Year as Chairwoman Brooke Paup. Join us on September 14 at the Bullock Texas State History Museum as we celebrate our newest water champion, and honor our 2020 awardee, Texas Water Foundation’s own Carole Baker.
During her impressive career as a public servant, Brooke has contributed to the development of the State Water Implementation Fund for Texas (SWIFT) and the State Water Implementation Revenue Fund for Texas (SWIRFT). As the first chairwoman of Texas Water Development Board, she is looking towards the future and getting ready to make it rain on Texas.
