The speaker is Karen Taylor, who is presently teaching at the Environmental Studies School in Groesbeck, TX. Ms Taylor explains how plastics are affecting our Hill Country air and soil, they are an all-encompassing part of our lives and environment – from the micro-plastics in sea water and the food we prepare to the containers we have sitting on the counter.
