Bring your lunch and join the Comal County Friends of the Night Sky as we kick off October 2022 as Hill Country Night Sky Month. Light Pollution affects us far more than just our ability to view the heavens, poor lighting practices can affect our health, attract un-wanted wildlife, and even compromise our security. The Comal County Friends of the Night Sky will talk about light pollution and steps we can take to create more effective lighting.
Please note lunch is not being provided.
