May 14 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Free

Join us on Tuesday, May 14th from 6-7:30pm at The McKenna Events Center for an enlightening evening with Ben Eldredge, Executive Director of the Cibolo Conservancy. The Comal County Conservation Alliance presents its May Community Program, “Nature for the Long Run,” exploring the vital role of natural systems in our lives. Discover how these systems clean the air and water, mitigate flooding, sequester carbon, and moderate temperatures. Learn about the profound impact nature has on our mental, physical, and emotional health, as well as its benefits for children’s development, curiosity about the environment, social skills, emotional stability, and ability to learn.
