January 21 @ 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Please join us on Saturday, January 21st from 1:00 – 4:30 pm in San Antonio for a fun, hands-on field day. We will explore key principles of land health along with management strategies that can help revitalize land and enable resilience against drought, flooding, and erosion. We’ll look at several structures (and build one or two) designed to reduce erosion, enhance soil moisture and land productivity, as well as mitigate drought and flooding stressors.

Registration is $15, which includes snacks, drinks, printed educational materials, and learning from one of the top experts on the topic. Dr. Mollie Walton, a restoration ecologist with deep ranching-roots in Hamilton County, has supported land stewards across the West for decades to restore productivity to their rangelands. In addition to learning from Walton, participating land stewards will also have the opportunity to share their own stewardship experiences and lessons learned with one another.

Space is limited. To learn more and register, please visit this link.
