The Perceptions of Groundwater Survey is supported by the Meadows Center for Water and the Environment.

Dr. Joni Charles, an Associate Professor of Economics at Texas State University, is conducting a research study to assess public perceptions of groundwater and groundwater management.  The long-term abundance and quality of groundwater depends on the perceptions, knowledge and actions by residents of the watershed, and on actions taken to protect its groundwater.  You are being asked to complete this survey because you are a resident within a watershed.
Participation is voluntary.  The survey will take approximately 20 minutes or less to complete.  You must be at least 18 years of age to take this survey.
This study involves no foreseeable serious risks. We ask that you try to answer all questions; however, if there are any items that make you uncomfortable or that you would prefer to skip, please leave the answer blank.
