HCA Workshops Support Guadalupe River Recovery | San Antonio Express-News
Following the devastating July 2025 floods along the Guadalupe River, natural recovery and community leadership have been essential to the region’s path forward. In November 2025, Hill Country Alliance hosted workshops in Kerr County, sharing native plants and seeds to help stabilize riverbanks and support long-term ecological recovery. The workshops connected participants with resources and practical guidance for caring for their land and restoring damaged riparian areas. HCA is grateful to the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, and Upper Guadalupe River Authority for partnering with us to make these workshops possible.
