Online – Hill Country Alliance Night Sky Preservation Fund: Application Window

The Hill Country Alliance Night Sky Preservation Fund encourages regional nonprofit organizations, sole proprietorships, local governmental entities, and small businesses to apply for up to $5,000 in reimbursement funds for night sky preservation efforts.

The goals of the Texas Hill Country Night Sky Preservation Fund are to support locally-led work in improving outdoor lighting, reducing light pollution and its effects, supporting the development and growth of International Dark Sky Places, decreasing energy usage and cost, diminishing greenhouse gas emissions, and expanding education and advocacy.
