Under the 2025 Legislative Session Policy and Programs Fellowship awarded by Earthshare Texas, Javier has assisted Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance (GEAA) in our work to accomplish our legislative priorities during the 89th Legislative Session, running January through May. Javier has been working alongside GEAA Policy Director Rachel Hanes conducting research projects and working on policy and advocacy writing and communications. Tune in to learn more about his efforts!
