San Antonio – GEAA at DreamWeek : Is San Antonio addressing resiliency for our most vulnerable communities?

January 13 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Free
In a city defined by its diverse cultural heritage, DreamWeek bridges the gap between people and ideas with a week of community events. Join us for a panel discussion hosted by the Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance during DreamWeek, as we explore climate resiliency for San Antonio’s most vulnerable communities. Focused on the impacts of flooding, heat islands, and air quality, we’ll discuss how the city and county are preparing and whether more can be done. Featuring City and County officials, neighborhood groups, and advocacy organizations, this event will highlight ways to protect those most at risk. Plus, visit tables from GEAA’s 15 local member organizations to learn about their latest efforts.
The event is free to attend but registration is appreciated. Please let us know if you plan to attend by clicking here to register.
