In May 2022, the City of Dallas revised its zoning code to give the city and its residents more control over where concrete and asphalt batch plants can be built, better protecting public health and residential property values. Join us for a webinar with City of Dallas officials and staff to learn about the zoning code, its implementation, and how other communities can adopt similar policies.
